The Kerala-based artist collective Trespassers depicts a kaleidoscopic perspective of Nochikuppam's life, capturing its vibrant community, landscapes, and architecture. A central image in the mural portrays locals supporting a Kattumaram—traditional Tamil watercrafts tied together with tree trunks—symbolising their deep connection to the sea. Through layers of hyperlocal contexts and playful juxtapositions, the artwork invites viewers to explore the intricacies of life by the sea while celebrating the neighbourhood's resilience and cultural wealth.
