Okuda, who was in India for the second time for St+Art, was at work in Khan Market at the Lok Nayak Bhawan, a three-decade-old government building.

His artwork is composed of geometric prints and multicoloured ephemeral architectures that help blend with grey bodies and organic forms. These pieces often raise contradictions about existentialism, the universe, the infinite, the meaning of life, and the false freedom of capitalism. He has been invited so far to the most important festivals and projects around the world, such as the Atmosphere Biennale in Moscow, Underdogs in Lisbon, Wynwood Wall Project in Miami, City of Gold in Johannesburg, South Africa, St+art Delhi 2014 and the Affordable Art Fair in Hamburg, Germany.
