Instante / क्षण

In her mural Instante / क्षण, Mexican artist Paola Delfin brings to life the daily scenes and personal stories of the people who inhabit Lodhi Colony. Through detailed portraits of local flower sellers, playful children, supportive siblings, and the animals that share this urban space, she captures the essence of community life. Delfin’s work emphasises the diversity of lives coexisting in a shared environment, presenting a collage of individuals who contribute to the colony’s soul. Observing the social and economic layers of the area, she reflects on the barriers that separate people and the unity that transcends them.
